About Us

Malewa Bush Ventures offers a broad selection of programmes designed to strengthen teams, identify different personalities, encourage and nurture leadership skills, set incredible confidence-building with new challenges for every individual involved.
These incorporate physical and mental challenges such as problem solving and survival skills right through to our high ropes challenge course, low ropes course, abseiling, rock climbing and much more!
Of course absolutely every element is adjusted to suit your specific group and objectives, you just need to tell us what you want. We’ve done everything from survival and safety training for NGO’s, or inspiring the Kenyan National Cricket Squad, developing corporate team work and helping schools identify who might make good prefects.

Customised to modern business needs, all courses are tailor made to suit the time available and objectives in mind. Malewa Bush Ventures has years of experience and has worked with some of the biggest names in Kenya including The United Nations, Canadian High Commission, Barclays Bank, Co Op Bank, Flower Farms, DHL Kenya and The Kenya National Cricket Squad to name a few.
You really will ‘experience the challenge’ since the activities are widely varied and include a high ropes course, a low ropes course, high wall, trust activities, raft building, and mental challenges.
These are all designed to present groups with a highly demanding variety of challenges that are impossible without individual courage, coordinated teamwork and positive leadership.

This focuses on individual achievement. Every individual requires some challenge to explore hidden qualities as well as renew lost energy and morale. The course is built to USA safety standards and is elevated 30ft off the ground so it is demanding and exciting. With encouragement from friends and colleagues an individual will be pushed to his or her individual limits which will give the participant a great sense of personal achievement that will inevitably reflect itself in the work place later on.

This mainly focuses on group initiatives. Teams are expected to work together to accomplish set goals and objectives with the following key learning points:

  • Communication
  • Co-operation
  • Team spirit
  • Trust
  • Effective time and resource management
  • Endurance
  • Winning together
  • Leadership
  • Individual roles within the work place.
Low Ropes activitiy

Whilst some of the elements are physical and require different levels of agility, other elements are mental and require ‘thinking outside the box’
In addition to these challenges we also have a whole selection of team games and activities to keep body and mind well and truly exercised.
